Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your engagement with Selfflow.io ("we", "us", or "our") for automation consulting and implementation services. By engaging our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Selfflow.io provides custom workflow automation, AI integration, and automation consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are agreed upon in writing (via email or a signed proposal) before work begins.

2. Project Scope and Quotes

All quotes are fixed-price based on the agreed scope. If you request changes that fall outside the original scope, we will provide a revised quote before proceeding. We will not commence out-of-scope work without your written approval.

3. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins on any project
• The remaining 50% is due upon project delivery and your sign-off
• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed
• For retainer arrangements, payment is due at the start of each month

4. Delivery and Handover

We will deliver the agreed automation system within the timeline specified in your project proposal. All deliverables include full documentation and a video walkthrough. You will receive 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and minor adjustments at no additional cost.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all automation workflows, scripts, and configurations we build for your project. We retain the right to reference the project type (not your business details) in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to required tools, accounts, and information necessary to build your automations. Delays caused by late access or approvals on your side may affect the delivery timeline.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the project fee paid. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of automations we build, including losses caused by third-party service outages (e.g. Make, Zapier, OpenAI).

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. We will not share your business processes, data, or operational details with third parties without your consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 7 days' written notice. In the event of termination, you will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date, pro-rated against the project fee.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if unresolved, through appropriate legal channels in India.
